All images, designs and text on this website belong to DècorLuxè Interiors or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without written consent. Images are representative; final finishes may vary with material batches and site conditions.
Consultations & quotations
- Initial consultations and site visits within Calicut are free. Visits outside Kozhikode district may carry a travel charge, informed in advance.
- Quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the measurements and specifications listed.
- Design drawings and 3D views remain our intellectual property until the project is confirmed.
Payments
Projects proceed on a staged payment schedule stated in the agreement. Production begins after the advance is received and designs are approved in writing.
Changes & timelines
Changes requested after design approval may affect cost and schedule. Timelines depend on site readiness, client approvals and material availability.
Warranty
Warranty on workmanship and on branded materials and hardware is as stated in your agreement and the manufacturer's terms. It does not cover misuse, water damage from plumbing faults, or alterations by third parties.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website. Our liability on any project is limited to the value of the affected work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
